Content: This is a kind of mixture of image and advertising film for the announcement of the new MRI from Siemens Healthineers.
Timeframe: We won the pitch in August 2021, completion took place two months later
Why: MRI scanners are extremely large, extremely expensive, and only available in very limited numbers worldwide. One important reason for this is the complicated technology and the physical limits to which the tool is subject. However, Siemens Healthineers has managed, with the help of artificial intelligence among other things, to virtually overcome one part of these physical limits and develop a completely new generation of MRI scanners.
For the release of this new product, an online presentation was planned for professional audiences from all over the world, which was to be introduced with a launch trailer. To get the audience in the mood, we wanted to metaphorically symbolize overcoming boundaries, suspending physical laws and reaching new worlds.
For the production of this film, we were drawn to the Swiss mountains, to the deep waters of a leisure pool, to the old town of Görlitz, to a North Rhine-Westphalian architectural
masterpiece, and to a green screen studio in Leipzig.
