Creative concept 

Based on your information, goals and target groups, we will develop up to three creative concept proposals for your recruiting film. In a joint meeting, we present these and advise you in detail on our ideas. You are then free to choose which concept best presents your company as an attractive employer. This phase is non-binding and free of charge.

Final concept & storyboard

The chosen concept approach is now conceptualized in detail in terms of story, text, image design and style. In the case of a recruiting film that is conceptualized more like an authentic image film and is produced on the premises of your company, we usually develop a written script. If it is more like a commercial with acting and fictional narration, our graphic designers will create a storyboard as the basis for the film.

In pre-production, the organization and detailed planning of the film takes place. For example, we research suitable studios and locations, as well as suitable actors, props, costumes and external service providers within the agreed budget. In regular pre-production meetings (PPM), we transparently present the results of our work to you for approval.

In the fourth phase, the actual filming takes place and the concept is put into practice. Here we usually work with our permanent film team to ensure maximum efficiency in terms of time and cost.

After filming is completed, the shot video footage is digitally edited according to the storyboard. Editing, color grading, special effects and sound design are also realized inhouse by our permanent team. Also in this phase we give you an update of the production in regular appointments, in order to communicate correction requests in the shortest possible time.

The recruiting film is delivered in the format of your choice. Be it for publication on the web, in social media or in the cinema and TV. For the latter, we will also gladly take over the organization of airtime, as well as the specific placement in the station or cinema of your choice.
