Timeframe: We received the order in June 2020, completion took place at the end of the year
Why: Sparkasse Mittelthüringen will celebrate its 200th anniversary in 2021. It was therefore time to take a look back at everything that has happened in these many years. In addition to the production of a printed chronicle, there was also to be a filmic reappraisal of the bank's own history.
And that's where we came in. In order to avoid a five-hour play, we had to take the printed chronicle and work out the most important events and eras. It was also important to us to use as much authentic and historical visual material as possible. The final result is an explanatory film that links the history of Sparkasse Mittelthüringen with major historical events in Germany, taking the viewer on a visually uninterrupted journey.
